How to mark an email as "Junk"

Even if you know the sender, but the content of the email doesn't seem to be right, and you aren't 100% sure:

 

  1. DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINK OR ATTACHMENTS IN THE EMAIL
  2. FORWARD AND REPORT IT TO [email protected] with the subject line “Suspicious content” so we can determine if further action is needed.
  3. If the IT Dept determines it’s a fraudulent email, then block the sender's email
  • Right-click over the suspicious email
  • Select the “Junk” option
  • Click over “Block Sender
